Yes. Every new account starts with 3 days of Pro — every tool unlocked, no credit card. One trial per Google account: an account deleted and opened again with the same one doesn't get another. When the trial ends you're on Free unless you subscribe; nothing is charged automatically. Subscribing during the trial starts your paid plan, and its billing, that day and ends the rest of the trial.
